Please learn more about Lotis Blue here: Who You Are On track to graduate in 2028 with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau A critical thinker and problem solver with strong verbal and written communication skills Nice to Have: Coursework and/or practical experience applying Machine Learning techniques in business scenarios Experience in a client-facing role What You Will Do Work directly with client delivery teams to understand client business challenges, identify root causes, and develop tailored solutions Develop hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to test them Manage data requests, including acquisition, cleaning, and transformation Analyze data to generate actionable insights and present these to clients in clear, impactful deliverables Contribute to problem-solving and ideation sessions, providing valuable insights to drive meaningful results Work Environment 3+ days per week on site in our dynamic Chicago Loop office. We are unable to offer relocation assistance or a housing stipend for this role. Compensation & Hours $40 per hour for a 40-hour work week.
