About the role

Passionate about helping others find balance strength and wellness through movement Join the HealthFitness team as an on-call Yoga Instructor at our dynamic corporate fitness center in Kingsport Tennessee !

In this flexible role youll lead engaging and inclusive yoga classes that inspire participants of all experience levels to improve their physical and mental well-being. Youll create a positive energizing atmosphere while delivering safe effective instruction that helps members build confidence reduce stress and achieve their wellness goals.

Typical class schedule:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM

Responsible for providing fun effective and safe group exercise to members such as dance kickboxing step boot camp and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• HealthFitness approved 200HR Yoga certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $25/hr - $30/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location qualifications experience skill set and other relevant factors.
