Join Amazon's Display Advertising team to build meaningful partnerships with internal business teams while shaping the future of digital marketing. You'll provide strategic guidance on campaign management, technical support, and best practices—directly influencing how Amazon reaches and engages customers across web, mobile, video, and audio formats.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal business teams by providing consultative support, technical guidance, and industry best practices to help them achieve their advertising objectivesDeliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education to ensure teams can effectively use our advertising platform and continuously optimize their campaignsAnalyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve results, identifying trends and opportunities across multiple campaigns and business unitsServe as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuring timely resolution of platform-related challengesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback, identify platform improvements, and help shape the evolution of our tools and processesA day in the lifeAs a Marketing Manager supporting our Display Advertising program, you'll be the trusted advisor for internal business teams navigating our advertising platform. Your day might include conducting training sessions to help teams maximize campaign performance, analyzing real-time campaign data to identify optimization opportunities, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine our tools based on client feedback. You'll troubleshoot technical challenges, mentor teams on industry best practices, and work across time zones to support global business initiatives. Beyond routine support, you'll contribute to defining how we evolve our platform by synthesizing patterns from client interactions and translating them into actionable recommendations for our product and technology teams.About the teamWe're building solutions that enable Amazon's digital marketing vision—helping internal teams effectively reach their audiences while contributing to Amazon's broader advertising ecosystem. Our team combines marketing expertise with data-driven decision-making to develop and scale programs that drive customer acquisition and lifetime value. We work collaboratively across Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to create tools and processes that make digital advertising more accessible and impactful. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
