Healthcare Recruiter – Full Desk

Remote | Full-Time | 100% Commission - Uncapped

Position Overview

i4 Search Group is seeking a driven Healthcare Recruiter to manage the complete recruiting lifecycle—from developing client relationships and securing job orders to sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing placements.

This is a true full-desk recruiting position , combining business development, account management, and direct-hire healthcare recruiting. It is best suited for someone who wants control over their own production and is comfortable creating opportunities—not simply working assigned requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business with hospitals, health systems, medical practices, and other healthcare organizations
• Identify hiring needs and convert prospective clients into active search partners
• Manage client relationships from initial outreach through placement and post-placement follow-up
• Source and recruit healthcare professionals through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and career goals
• Present qualified candidates with clear, accurate summaries of their backgrounds and fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, resignations, and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients, active searches, and qualified candidates
• Track recruiting and business-development activity within the company’s ATS
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and market intelligence
• Take ownership of individual production goals and the overall performance of the desk

Qualifications

• Recruiting, staffing, healthcare, sales, or business-development experience preferred
• Previous full-desk or agency recruiting experience is beneficial but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and direct candidate outreach
• Ability to manage multiple searches, clients, and candidates simultaneously
• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and personal accountability
• Able to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by measurable results
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

This position requires persistence and disciplined daily activity. It is not limited to sourcing candidates from existing job orders; recruiters are expected to build and grow their own book of business.
