Velocitii is seeking customer-focused, sales-minded professionals to join our Auto Insurance Team. This is more than a traditional customer service role. Consistent Schedule
Our client operates Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound customer interactions
Educate, recommend and enroll customers on the value and benefits of auto insurance products and services such an our drivers club.
Promote the convenience and advantages of Annual Auto Pay as well as enroll customers into annual auto pay.
Assist customers with policy changes, account questions, billing inquiries, and membership support
Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
Meet performance goals related to quality, customer satisfaction, Drivers Club enrollments, and Annual Auto Pay participation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
6+ months in a call-center experience
1+ year of sales experience
1+ year of customer service experience
Retention, hospitality, and/or contact center experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable recommending products that create value for customers
Goal-oriented with a positive, self-motivated attitude
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Self-discipline to thrive in a remote work environment
Automotive knowledge or passion is a plus but not required
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in a virtual desktop environment
Distraction-free remote workspace
High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
Prior experience with Five9
