Job Description

Bucks County Events & Staffing Co. is expanding our event staffing roster and seeking experienced Banquet & Event Servers for weddings, private events, country clubs, catering companies, hotels, and upscale event venues throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

We currently have immediate weekend opportunities available and are continuing to add new venue and catering partnerships.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking for  flexible event-based work without committing to a traditional restaurant schedule.

Responsibilities may include:

• Setting up banquet and event spaces
• Butler-passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour
• Plated, buffet, and station-style meal service
• Tableside guest interaction
• Water, bread, wine, and coffee service
• Clearing tables and carrying trays
• Maintaining service areas throughout the event
• Assisting catering and venue management as needed
• Event cleanup and breakdown at the conclusion of service

What We're Looking For:

• Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, country club, hotel, or event-serving experience preferred
• Professional appearance and communication
• Strong guest-service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended event shifts
• Comfortable following the service standards and direction of each client or venue

Schedule:

Event-based and flexible. Most opportunities are available on  Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays , with occasional weekday assignments.

Staff may select available assignments based on their schedule and qualifications.

Pay:

Starting at $20/hour , depending on role and assignment.

Some assignments may also include travel reimbursement depending on location.
